Notice for Filing Petition for JPEC 2024 Director Election

NOTICE FOR FILING PETITION
FOR JACKSON PURCHASE ENERGY COOPERATIVE
2024 DIRECTOR ELECTION

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 4(b) of the bylaws of Jackson Purchase Energy Cooperative (JPEC), I, Greg Grissom, President and CEO of the Cooperative, do hereby designate and authorize the following three (3) employees of the Cooperative to receive petitions from those Cooperative members in Districts 3, 6, 7, 8 seeking election to the Cooperative’s Board of Directors:

1. Ashley Turner, Manager of Member Services

2. Amy Vick, Executive Assistant

3. Meredith Kendall, Vice President of Finance & Accounting

Petitions shall be filed at the offices of the Cooperative beginning on Monday, April 1, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. CDT and ending on Tuesday April 30, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. CDT.
