The annual meeting of the consumer-members of Jackson Purchase Energy Cooperative is a long-standing tradition of our organization. The annual meeting provides an opportunity for consumer-members to meet the employees who serve them, hear reports from officers and directors and receive a financial update.

The democratic process of this cooperative is designed to make it possible for all consumer-members to have one equal vote. The ballot method of voting has proven to be the most democratic, since every consumer-member is given the opportunity to vote. While every year is not an election year, we appreciate your attendance and involvement. The active participation of all consumer-members is a vital element in the strength and service of your Cooperative.
