NOTICE FOR FILING PETITION

FOR JACKSON PURCHASE ENERGY COOPERATIVE

2026 DIRECTOR ELECTION

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 4(b) of the bylaws of Jackson Purchase Energy Cooperative (JPEC), I, Greg Grissom, President and CEO of the Cooperative, do hereby designate and authorize the following three (3) employees of the Cooperative to receive petitions from those Cooperative members in Districts 1, 2, 4, 5 seeking election to the Cooperative’s Board of Directors:

  1. Ashley Turner, Manager of Member Services
  2. Amy Vick, Executive Assistant
  3. Mark Lindsey, Vice President of Member Services & Communications

Petitions shall be filed at the offices of the Cooperative beginning on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. CDT and ending on Thursday April 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. CDT.
