Surveys call for New Service and Outages

As a reminder, Jackson Purchase Energy is conducting customer surveys at this time. Area codes may begin with 919 and the caller may state they are from Data Decisions. Surveys will focus on consumer-members that have experienced outages or signed-up for new service. JPEC or anyone calling in regards to the survey will never ask for personal information. Calls will be placed from May 1, 2019 through June 7, 2019. Your feedback will help us continue to improve the services we provide you, our consumer-members.
