JPEC Responds to Appliance Survey Mailing Error

Recently, some Jackson Purchase Energy members received a survey in the mail asking about appliances and household characteristics.  This survey was commissioned by JPEC to understand the future electric needs of our members and to plan for an adequate future supply of power at the lowest possible prices.

Unfortunately, the survey company responsible for printing and mailing the surveys neglected to include a postage-paid business reply envelope in the surveys mailed before February 13th. 

If you received a survey without a postage-paid business reply envelope, you may do one of the following:

  • Complete the survey online via the web address printed in the top right-hand corner of the front page of the survey
  • Wait for the survey company to send you a postage-paid business reply envelope in a follow-up mailing and then return the survey by mail
  • Disregard the survey

Regardless of which option you choose, you will still be eligible for the drawing for one of two $250 gift cards referenced in the cover letter.
