Jackson Purchase Energy offers a variety of additional services to our community.

Additional Service Connections
Once a member has established service with Jackson Purchase Energy and maintained a good credit rating, applying for an additional service connection requires just a phone call to our member service center during our business hours.

Educational Video Presentations
An extensive library of educational videos is available for use by any school in Jackson Purchase Energy’s service area. Videos cover a wide range of electricity-related topics, and titles are suitable for students from kindergarten through the eighth grade. A complete catalog of titles is available. There is no charge to check out a video.

Landlord Property Manager Agreement
Landlords have the option of protecting their rental property from possible power disconnection when tenants move out by signing a landlord/property manager agreement. Under this agreement, electrical service and billing will be automatically continued under the landlord or property manager’s name from the time of a disconnect by a tenant until a new tenant applies for service.

Public Speakers
Public speakers can be provided for any member’s group or organization to address topics tailored to your meeting. Jackson Purchase Energy’s Members Services and Marketing Department will be happy to suggest topics and contact the proper staff member for the presentation.

Publications
Plugged In is Jackson Purchase Energy’s member newsletter. The newsletter keeps our members informed of upcoming events, policy changes and new services offered by the corporation. Other literature on various subject matter (electrical safety, insulation, energy-saving tips and more) is available for the asking.The C&I news is mailed quarterly to our commercial and industrial clients and contains news and energy tips specific to their needs.

Safety Presentations
Jackson Purchase Energy provides safety presentations to audiences of all ages. Arrangements for safety presentations can be coordinated with our safety office through our Members Services and Marketing department.
